Howdy Bloggers! Well today was not a good day at all. All areas of the day was pretty bad. I wish I could have skipped today.

Muscle Milk Protein Shake

Whole Wheat rounds
Total Calories for the day: 1676. With most of hte calories junk/empty calories!

50 minutes of spin class. Got there 10 mins late.
Didn't particularly care for this instructor. He never got on a bike!
