Hello...I know Monday is supposed to be weigh in day, but I did not make it the gym Monday morning. So I weighed in this morning. It was time I took responsibility for buck wild eating.

This is kinda sad....362pounds..I regressed back to the weight I was back in September! Fret not, things are seriously gonna change. There will be no more regressing!
As of today, I am implementing weekly weigh-ins on Mondays. I must stay accountable!
