Purge is still in Process

Howdy I know I missed a day or two here in the blogging.  I am back to give a quick update on yesterday.  Not much to report so here is a quick review of Wednesday January 5th
Breakfast
     Regular White Chocolate Latte
     Banana

Lunch
     Veggie Plate (Spinach, Brussel Sprouts, Italian Squash)

Dinner:
     Chicken Fingers
     2 hard boiled eggs

Snacks:  can of Pepsi & sour cream & cheddar chips. 

Yesterday I really struggled with my eating.  I had trouble staying on target as you can see.  But what can I do.  I tried.  I did drink alot of water again, but I forgot to count the ounces.

Veggie Day #1 - Monday January 3rd

I can't rememebr if I mentioned or not, but in an attempt to break my eating I am doing 2 weeks of eatting vegetables.  Today was my first day.  I started this off my cooking alot of veggies on Sunday night and plated them up in those divided plates.   In addition to my veggie dishes, we are fasting from 8am - noon liquids only. These blogs probably won't be too exciting over the next few weeks, but I am still gonna write them. 

Breakfast
     Banana (eaten before I left the house)
     Disclaimer:  I am fully aware that a banana is not a vegetable nor is it liquid! 
     White Chocolate Latte

Lunch
     Veggie Plate (Brussel Sprouts, Black Beans, Yellow Squash)

Then I got home, and I was hit with a serious case of the munchies.  So here are the munchies that got munched.
     Triscuits
      Corn
     3 Hershey Kisses
     1 pc of Godiva Chocolate
     1 banana

On the upside I did drink 64 ounces of water.  I am starting to feel a little under the weather so I did no excercise, but that will change today, I promise!

First Day of the new year....

I hope the way I spent this day is not how I will spend the rest of the year.

I started off with a trip to It's A Grind Coffee Shop for a cranberry Bagel w/ cream cheese and a white chocolate cafe mocha.  Ran some errands, looked at 2 townhouses.  Went home and got into bed.  About about 12:30 I left to go find me something to eat.  This trip lead me to Taco Bell.  Eating my oh so favorite tacos & quesadilla! 5:30p I am scavening for food again.  I am seriously craving some Wing Stop, but my laziness won't allow me to dress, comb my hair and drive over to wingstop.  So into the fridge I go and opened up the bag of fresh express salad and ate it.

What a completely unproductive day!  It was so nice outside when I went out around noon, I had told myself to take advantage of the weather and walk in my neighborhood.  I didn't do it!  

I am going through some of the pictures that were taken while I was in Vegas.  My sister was oh so inconsiderate and took a video of me bowling.  So in true blog fashion...I am posting it!  I did tell myself I would post any and all pics of myself so I had a record of my weight loss or in this case weight gain!

Looking at pictures or videos of oneself is such a reality check!  Oh wee.  Gotta get back on track.  That's all I got for ya.  See ya later!
