Man, these are the days I struggle with.  You work hard and expect to see something on the scale and it doesn't reflect.  A very hard pill to swallow.  Sigh.   Were we go:

Weekend Recap

Man...The weekend came and gone and I have to return to work tomorrow.  So sad.  Well I dont have much to report tonight.  THe weather was wonderful this weekend!  I went to skating lessons on Saturday, which turned out to be a disaster and a half.  But fret not, I will be back there on Saturday I gotta try. 

Quick jotdown of the eateries this weekend:
Saturday:  White chocolate Latte, apple, doritos, root beer, cobb salad, chicken nuggets, coke, hot dog, sour cream chips

Sunday:  White chocolate latte, pepper jack cheese croissant, 4 chicken finger, french fries, spritie.

Saturday Workout:  Skating 30 minutes

Sunday Workout (mainly weight training)
     Lat Pull Down:  70 lbs 4 reps of 10
     Leg Press: 180 lbs 4 reps of 12
     Back & Side Extensions  2 sets of 10
     Did a quick 8 mins on treadmill for warm up.

Thats all folks!  Gonna go iron my clothes, pack my lunch and hit the sack and do this all over again tomorrow.  Take care.

Late night Friday Update...

Howdy...Here i am up in the middle of the night so I figured I should hit the blog!  Today, was not a good eating day.  I strayed a little then I strayed alot! 

Breakfast
     White Chocolate Latte
     Butter Croissant
     Scrambled Eggs with Spinach & lentils

Snack
     Plain Greek Yogurt w/ teaspoon of Flax Seed & honey

Lunch
    Veggie Plate (spinach, cabbage, Flounder)

Snack
     snack size Snickers Bar
     Snack bag of Cheetos

Dinner
     Wingstop...lemon Pepper wings! 

Workout (surprisingly I got one in)
  1.  30 minutes Treadmill I had it on the manual course.  I warmed up did some walk/jog intervals and then did some hill training.  Got all the way to 5% incline on the machine.  394.8 calories burned.  I think that is hte most of I have burned in 30 minutes on the treadmill!  Go me!
  2. Back & Side Extensions 2  sets each side; 10 reps.  I have not done those in a while..it hurt!
I will go try to get some sleep.  I start skating lessons tomorrow morning.  Well..technically later on today!  I can't wait!

     40 minutes Cardio; Walk at Kenneth Hahn Park

Wednesday Recap....

In the tone of Ice Cube...Today was a good day!  LOL!

I will keep it short cause, I am at work, and I have much to do.  So here it goes.

Breakfast
     White Chocolate Latte
       Scrambled Eggs w/ Spinach & lentils
       Plain Greek Yogurt (I am really beginning to love the stuff plain!)

Lunch
     Veggie Plate (spinach, cabbage, lentils, Ground Turkey)

Snack
     Sour Cream & Onion Ruffles (they tasted oh so good)

Dinner
     Ground Turkey & Lentils

Workout
     Total 32 minutes - Treadmill (walking only)  386 calories burned.  1.75 miles completed.

Hump Day...So Glad to see ya!

Wow its already Wednesday!  Monday and Tuesday were extremely crazy days for me.  I was not able to make it to the gym Monday morning for weigh in and I have nto updated my blog,.  OOPS.  These things happen.  I won't bore you with a recap of the last 2 days.  Just know that I have done no kind of physical activity, but I have pretty much stayed to my plated meals with the exception of yesterday.  I had a lunch meeting so I ate the food at the meeting.  And it was yummie...they had yummi Pasta Salad, yummie Greek Salad, a shrimp salsa that was delish and yummie cookies and tarts for desserts! 

I am excited for Wednesday to be here.  Today is my first day of working my new working hours of 6:30am to 3pm.  So since I get to leave early I plan to hit the streets and get a nice long walk in.  I don't have to be to bible study until 6:30p so I have ample time to do something.  I am hoping this new schedule works out for me.  I am really excited.  Well that is all for now. 

If all goes well later, I will post my food journal tonight, so I can get back on track with my blogging routine.  TATA!
