Wednesday Recap....

In the tone of Ice Cube...Today was a good day!  LOL!

I will keep it short cause, I am at work, and I have much to do.  So here it goes.

Breakfast
     White Chocolate Latte
       Scrambled Eggs w/ Spinach & lentils
       Plain Greek Yogurt (I am really beginning to love the stuff plain!)

Lunch
     Veggie Plate (spinach, cabbage, lentils, Ground Turkey)

Snack
     Sour Cream & Onion Ruffles (they tasted oh so good)

Dinner
     Ground Turkey & Lentils

Workout
     Total 32 minutes - Treadmill (walking only)  386 calories burned.  1.75 miles completed.
