Thursday Recap

Man o Man, where does the time go!
Well Thursday came  and went so quickly!

Breakfast
     White Chocolate Latte
      Scrambled Egss w/ spinach & Lentils
      Biscuit w/ ALmond Butter

Snack
     Banana

Lunch
     Veggie Plate (cabbage, spinach, piece of Cod)

Snack
     1/2 of Turkey & Avocado Sandwich

Dinner
     Chicken Quesadilla
     Protein Shake

Workout
     40 minutes Cardio; Walk at Kenneth Hahn Park
