Wellness Wednesday...

Why Wellness Wednesday? Cause I am feeling well, despite it being PMS week. I feel good, I had a great day...almost all is well. It has been a while since I have done this so here it is, my eats for the day:

Breakfast
Scrambled Eggs
Sausage
White Chocolate Latte

Mid AM Snack
2 hard boiled eggs
Ritz Crackers (they are so addicting)

Lunch
Salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, chicken w/ lemon juice & italian dressing

Mid Afternoon snack
Small Snack bag of Lays potato chips!

Dinner
Kale
Baked Cod

Workout:
45 minutes of spin class At David Barton Gym.
It was my first time with this instructor, Franky. I really liked her. I may have to make visiting her class a regular thing!
