Back to the Basics Monday

I am tired today.  Mainly cause I am stressed, and I have alot on my little pea brain!  Nevertheless, I will not lose heart.  So I had a a temporary set back on the scale this morning.  I am okay with it, because I know I had strayed off plan.  Today I resurrected by food journal and logged my food for the day. 

AM workout (it was a quickie)
     17 minutesTreadmill
     calories burned 195

Breakfast
     2 boiled eggs
     Whole Wheat Rounds
     small apple

Snack
     crackers
     2 boiled eggs
     20 ounce bottle of Pepsi

Lunch
     Side salad
     4oz chicken
     Italian dressing
Total Calories for the Day:  1011 calories
