Hump Day .... in retrospect

Recap of Wednesday August 31st

Breakfast
  •      Isopure Zero Carb Vanilla Protein Shake (mixed w/ nonfat milk)

Mid AM Snack
  •      about a cup of left over Kale salad
Lunch
  •     Greek Salad from The Stand  (used my Walden Farms Italian Dressing & juice of 1 lime)

Mid Afternoon Snack
  • Green Apple
Dinner (horrible choice)
  • Italian Sub from Togo's

Well gang, Wednesday I was really struggling with getting a workout in.  I kept thinking and saying to myself, I should go workout.  But in all honest, I just didn't feel like it.  I think I am in a workout rut that I quickly need to get myself out of. Help!
