Back in the Row of things...

Today a pretty decent day.  I know I say this so many times, I am even sick of hearing it, but after yesterday, I see the need for dedication and commitment to the cause. 

Breakfast
     White Chocolate Latte

Mid Am Snack
     1/2 cucumber w/ 1 lemon

Lunch
     Tuna Salad

Mid Afternoon Snack
     Egg White Salad from Trader Joes

Dinner
     Halibut
     Brussel Sprouts

Workout:
     1 hour of rowing
