Feeling Good ~ Friday June 24, 2011

Top of the morning to ya!  So here is what I did on Friday, I Started off the day with some excercising!  Get my metabolism pumping from the get go!

AM Workout:  30 minute Cardio

Breakfast
     Yogi Berry Detox Tea
     Orange
     Melba Toast

Lunch
     The other half of my salad from Frijoles

Afternoon Snack
     Orange

Dinner
     Lettuce, Chicken, Orange

Late Night snack
     Fuji Apple

That was it pretty uneventful..I know!  Bye
