Trying to stay on Track Tuesday....

Howdy Howdy...Still plugging along.  Still trying to regulate my eating and trying to get back to excercising regularly.

Breakfast
    Black Coffee
    Orange

Mid Am Snack
     Melba Toast

Lunch
     Salad (spinach, lettuce, tomatoes)
     chips & Salsa

Mid Afternoon Snack
     Black Coffee

Dinner
     Chicken
     Orange
     Melba Toast

Workout:   30 minute with trainer...It was brutal!
