Tuesday

AM Excercise

     Apple
     Nature's own Whole Wheat Rounds w/ Jelly

Snack 11:30a
    Atkins Vanilla Shake mixed w/ 2 teaspoons of flaxseed
    Trader Joe Almonds

Lunch
     Salad with Albacore Tuna & Balsamic Vinagriette

Dinner
     4 grilled chicken strips from Jack in the Box
     small sprite

No additional workouts for the day. :0(

Small victory of the day:
As I was leaving work, I was pretty durn hungry and wanted something to eat.  I thought about things I would pass on the way home and made a decision of what I would eat before just randomly picking some fast food restaurant.  I selected Jack in the Box, I was first going to get the Chicken Fajita Pita which has 326 calories, but after further investigation, I saw I could get 4 grilled chicken strips and it only had 250 calories!  SCORE!  It Satisfied my appetite and kept my calories under control!  Wooo Hooo!

Well it is late.  Off to bed I go. I hope to get up early to get in the gym!  Talk to you later!
