Whoa nelly!

Started the morning off waking up late.  So I did not get a morning workout in and to top it off started off with a very bad breakfast choice. 

Breakfast
     Regular White Chocolate Mocha from It's A Grind
     Cherry Turnover

Snack
    Muscle Milk Protein Shake w/ 1 teaspoon of Flax seed

Lunch
     Salad w/ Garbanzo Beans; Balsamic Vinagriatte

Snack
     Altadena Cottage Cheese w/ pineapples

Dinner:  A whole lot of water...I am so dehydrated!
Total Calories for the day:  1495! Whoa Nelly!

Physical Activity:
     17 min (yes 17 minutes I timed it) Neighborhood walk.  Approx 1 mile

     30 minute elliptical machine 400 calories burned!

Just got home from the gym so I need some water and gotta hit the shower and do my hair.  Night Night, don't let the bed bugs bite!
