Tuesday Tribulations...

What a Tuesday.  First day back to the office!  Crazy busy, but I made it through.  After this quick post, I'll be going to bed.

Breakfast
     Cup of Coffee
     Croissant

Mid AM Snack
     2ounces of Chicken

Lunch
     CObb Salad
     1/2 of a turkey sandwich

Dinner
     Cake & Ice Cream

Workout
     30 minutes with Personal Trainer Jen.  We had a big class today 4 people!  Tough workout.

After workout eats
     Chips & Salsa
